Our Trainee Accountants:
The Aston Shaw accountancy training scheme is very much holistic, meaning that our trainees will get experience in everything there is to know about the profession. This includes assisting existing client managers, understanding the basics of preparing accounts, payroll, bookkeeping and personal tax. This way, our employees can see which areas they excel in and can specialise in in the future.

Our HR team are our vital link to business success. They work with managers to help with successful company growth and development, acting as a go-to between employees and managers, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, and searching for future talent in recruitment.
Our Digital Marketing Apprentice:
Our Digital Marketing apprenticeship scheme focuses on everything digital to progress the firm’s excellent reputation in East Anglia, enabling their online presence to flourish. We provide our apprentices with a set of skills and a way of thinking that adds business-changing insight to our firm.
