Sophie joined Aston Shaw in early 2014 as Head Receptionist, having trained in Customer Service and various FSA courses with Aviva. In February 2015, Sophie moved into the accounts department and there she showed a natural aptitude for the role and in February 2016, Sophie became a Client Manager.
Sophie is approaching the end of her studies with AAT Level 4.
