After successfully completing a qualification in architecture, Ben made the bold decision to change his career direction and move into the accountancy industry in 2010. As a key member of the dedicated Payroll Team, he completed his Practical Payroll Level 2 qualification and is now working towards the National Payroll Certificate.
Since taking on the role of Payroll Manager, Ben oversees the payroll processes for clients operating within a variety of industries and of various sizes – advising on numerous areas of payroll including statutory payments, holiday entitlements, redundancy calculations and pensions along with tax and National Insurance calculations.
