Business Survival Plan

Our Business Survival Plan

Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents a real threat to businesses. The interruption caused could have potentially devastating consequences, so we at Aston Shaw want to offer our clients as much support as possible throughout these challenging times.

Unfortunately, while the government has promised a range of support there is very little detail on how to claim it. We advise you to make preparations on the assumption that you will not be receiving any support from the government as nothing is yet guaranteed. Any support that you do then receive can be considered a bonus.

We strongly recommend you create a Business Survival Plan, it’s so far proved extremely useful to many of our clients. All you need to do is provide us with the following information:

We’ll then thoroughly review this information and discuss your options with you, thereby creating your best possible plan of action. This plan may recommend any of the following:

Contingency planning

HR & payroll advice

Cash flow forecasting

Company structure review

Tax planning & advice

Business cost review

Insurance review

Finance review

Exit strategy review

Exit strategy execution

By using a combination of government support and our specialist services, your business will be well placed to withstand the turmoil caused bu the COVID-19 outbreak. For a free initial chat about your options, please either call your local office or complete the enquiry form below.
