HMRC’s update released on 4th May has advised that they are not allowing agents (us) to complete claims on behalf of individuals for their self-employed grants.
The claims service will be available from 13th May 2020 but you will need to check eligibility online to find out if and when you can claim. We strongly advise that if this scheme is applicable to yourself, you do this now.

If you do not already have a government gateway to allow you to apply, you will need to create one. Here’s the link to do it:
You will then need to click ‘Sign in’, ‘Continue to your account’ and then ‘Create Sign in details’.
The main piece of information you will need is your 10 digit Unique Taxpayer Reference and National Insurance number and you will then be asked for either passport or driving license information to complete the account registration.
