The finalists have been announced for the inaugural Cambridgeshire Digital Awards and Aston Shaw are extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories:
This category celebrates high standards in web design, development, cross-platform accessibility and overall user experience.
A responsive website is one that offers a seamless user experience through innovative optimisation of a website. The judges will be looking at those small features that make a website great.
This category recognises businesses who are harnessing the power of blogging; creating original content that provides true value for readers.
The Cambridgeshire Digital Awards seek to reward innovation and progressive thinking by businesses, individuals, events, charities and educational establishments. The competition is fierce; event organisers have said that the entries have been ‘breathtaking’. All finalists are in with a chance of walking away with either a bronze, silver or gold medal.
Natasha Carr, Marketing Manager at Aston Shaw commented: “It’s very exciting to be shortlisted for three categories in this year’s Cambridge Digital Awards. Our integrated, strategic approach to digital marketing has proved highly effective and has given Aston Shaw a competitive advantage in its sector – juxtaposing the commonly held view that professional firms are lagging behind the times and aren’t active in the digital world. I’m particularly pleased to see our website receive recognition for its content, user experience and responsiveness across devices, as it is something we have worked very hard on to continually improve and optimise.”
The winners will be announced at the award ceremony, which will be held at the Burgess Hall in St Ives on November 19th.
