Aston Shaw are excited to announce the acquisition of JKL Consultants, a reputable accountancy practice in Cambridge. As of 1st April 2017, JKL Consultants Ltd was incorporated into Aston Shaw.
Director of JKLConsultants, Colin Bates reached the decision that incorporating with Aston Shaw was the best way in which to secure a prosperous future for both his clients and staff. For Aston Shaw, this will mean the addition of 1000+ new clients and 6 new staff members (including Colin Bates).
Commenting on the acquisition, Mark Noakes, Director of Aston Shaw, said: “The decision to incorporate JKL Consultants has been carefully considered and taken for the benefit of all clients. Our ethos as companies is very similar and so the choice felt right for all parties involved. Existing clients will now benefit from access to a wider and more comprehensive array of services, specialisms and improved meeting facilities.”
Colin Bates, Director of JKL Consultants added: “I have been thinking about the future of my business and am increasingly aware of the major changes taking place in the accountancy profession and the need for specialist knowledge on matters such as digital tax, payroll and pension management.
