You’ve likely already heard about the Government’s Eat Out to Help Out Scheme, but as a restaurant, how exactly do you take advantage of it?
The scheme opens up on 3rd August 2020 and will run until 31st August 2020. Eat Out to Help Out allows diners to receive a 50% discount when they eat in at a restaurant, the restaurant can then claim this money back from the Government.
Key Points:
- 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner)
- Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August
- Can apply to restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, food halls and work or school canteens
