Value your relationships

With Xero Contacts you can view and edit the individuals and organisations that you do business with. Information added here will be used in invoices and transactions that you enter into Xero.

See what’s owing

You can see at a glance what you owe a contact, or what they owe you.

Contact groups

Contact groups are a convenient way to generate the same invoice for a whole set of contacts that you define.

Automatically created

Contacts are automatically created as you go. Alternatively, you can manually add contacts at any time.

Update address details during invoicing

You can also edit contact address details during invoicing. This will automaticaly update their address card, so there’s no need to switch between multiple screens.

Maps and Skype integration

View the mapped location of any contact with a listed address in Google Maps. When you enter a person’s Skype ID you can speed dial your contacts.
