Becoming a member of the CIPP is not possible without first demonstrating outstanding levels of service. Every internal process, procedure and system is closely examined to determine the eligibility of the payroll department in question. Once a member, CIPP members are governed by a code of conduct ensuring they remain highly professional, up to date and compliant.

Just some of the areas examined by CIPP include; core processes, payroll software, outsourcing, security, and the procedures adhered to for both existing employees and new starters. Having comfortably met the criteria required, we’re extremely proud to be a member of this fantastic organisation – an organisation consisting of some the most effective and innovative payroll departments out there.

Being a CIPP member carries with it many benefits for our payroll team, such as access to specialist training, regular advice and industry insights. In fact, CIPP provides a varied range of over 50 training courses covering topics such as payroll, pensions and reward.

We look forward to enjoying the numerous benefits associated with being a member of the CIPP, we have no doubt that our membership will allow our payroll team to continue to be at the forefront of our field. Our clients, as well as ourselves, will reap the rewards of being a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals – we will now be better equipped to deliver an even greater service.
